Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs cancellations, deposits, refunds, and service changes.
Deposits
All deposits for window tinting, Smart Tint, custom films, or specialty materials are non-refundable once materials are ordered or installation time is reserved.
Cancellations
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in:
- Loss of deposit
- Cancellation fee
- Or both
This is due to crew scheduling, material allocation, and lost opportunity.
Weather & Company Delays
If AZ Window Services must reschedule due to weather or operational issues, your deposit will be applied to the new date or refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
Completed Work
Once work has been performed, no refunds are issued for completed services.
If there is a concern about workmanship, we will inspect and correct any verified issues.
Manufacturer Products
Refunds or replacements for film, Smart Tint, or glass products are governed by the manufacturer’s warranty — not by AZ Window Services.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact AZ Window Services directly to resolve any billing issues before filing chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collections and legal action.
