Exclusive Club Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership Commitment

By enrolling in the Exclusive Club, the Member agrees to a 12-month contract. This agreement is binding for the full term, with monthly billing in effect throughout the duration.

Monthly Billing

Members will be automatically billed each month for the agreed-upon membership fee. Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month as the initial enrollment date.

Service Benefits

Membership includes the following benefits:
  • Exclusive discounts on window tinting, window cleaning, and Smart Tint services.
  • Service credit applied monthly, which can be redeemed toward any of the above services during the term of the agreement.
  • Priority booking and early access to promotions and new offerings.

Use of Service Credit

Monthly credits must be used within the 12-month membership term and do not roll over beyond the contract period. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Cancellation and Early Termination

This is a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation may result in a termination fee equal to the remaining balance of the contract. No partial refunds are provided.

Renewal

At the end of the 12-month term, memberships will not auto-renew. Members may re-enrol at the current rates and terms at that time.

Changes to Terms

AZ Window Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions with written notice, provided such changes do not materially alter the Member’s rights under this agreement.
